The midfielder talks to VCF Media
Valencia CF's Pepelu talked following the 2-3 win on the road against UD Las Palmas.
The game
“I was eager to return to the starting XI, and what better way than with a victory like this? Reaching 42 points could seal our survival. I'm happy for the team because we gave it our all and got the win. The team can see that we're capable of beating any opponent, anywhere.”
The second half of the season
"At the end of the first half of the season we were in a very difficult situation, but the team found energy and the right mentality. It's the result of hard work and doing many things well."
Continuing the momentum
"That's the mentality we have. On Saturday, we'll try to win at Mestalla and we'll see what happens."
